ICAME 33 :: Accommodation

Leuven offers a broad range of accommodation possibilities, including hotels, bed & breakfasts and hostels. However, the historical city draws many tourists in the holiday season and early summer is also the time of year when many conferences take place at the university, so early booking is highly recommended.

For your convenience, we have reserved blocks of rooms from Wednesday 30 May until Sunday 3 June in three selected hotels in the centre of Leuven, at reduced conference rates. In order to obtain these rates, conference participants need to make reservations directly with the hotel of their choice. The number of pre-booked rooms is indicated between square brackets in the list below. Be sure to ask for the conference rate.

Conference attendees who would prefer to make other arrangements can consult a list of other hotels and bed and breakfasts in Leuven online or use websites such as Booking.com. Budget-conscious travellers may want to consider the recently opened Etap Hotel just outside Leuven train station, from where you can easily get a cheap bus ride to a stop close to the conference venue.
